Folk music icon and social activist Joan Baez is coming to Greenville in March.

Tickets for An Evening with Joan Baez March 22 at the Peace Center are $35-$55, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday.

Baez, whose hits include "Diamonds and Rust" and "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down," received Amnesty International's Ambassador of Conscience Award earlier this year for her work in human rights. She also received the Grammy Lifetime Acheivement Award in 2007.
